What This Site Collects
Short version: the contact form, and nothing else. No cookies, no advertising trackers, and nothing is ever sold or shared for marketing.
The detail
What you send deliberately
If you fill in the contact form, it sends your first name, last name, email address, company (optional), the area you selected, and your message. That goes to Shawn Ballew and is used for one thing: replying to you. It is not added to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add it to.
What happens automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server and security logs including visitor IP addresses. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. That is the one third party seeing anything about your visit that is not Cloudflare, and it is disclosed here because it is real rather than because it is interesting.
What this site does not do
It sets no cookies at all, stores nothing in your browser, runs no advertising or social media trackers, and does not sell, rent, or share personal information. There is no cross-site tracking to opt out of, because there is none to begin with.
How long it is kept
Contact form messages are kept as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted. Cloudflare's logs and analytics follow Cloudflare's own retention, which is measured in days, not years.
Your rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and as a matter of plain courtesy regardless of where you live, you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, and ask for a copy. There is no penalty for asking and no worse service for having asked.
Email hello@astrialogic.com and say what you want. Since the only thing held is likely an email thread, honoring the request usually means deleting that thread.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 16. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. Astria Logic is a sole proprietorship operating in California.
